Beartaria Ozark Campground, LLC is a for profit company and your donation does not constitute and charitable tax advantages. 

All donations are given in good faith to create something beautiful and productive with no expectation of return unless otherwise stated. All donations help! We will keep the donation option open so you can help us cover any unforeseen costs of the development of this Campground. 

All donations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We will keep all donors updated on everything we do and all stages of the project. All donors will be added to our email list and we will periodically update you or inform you of new opportunities and get-togethers!

The donations come with rewards!

All donations $400+ will be added to the members Portal for exclusive lifetime discounts of all future services as well as access to members support to request use of the venue.

All donors donating $400+ between 09/02/2025 and 12/31/2025 will receive:

  • 1 ticket to The 2026 Beartaria Times National Festival
  • 1 Bag of Bear Bites fruit snacks straight from Ursa Manor
  • 3 attempts to sink Big Bear dressed as a cookie in a dunk tank of milk
  • If you have donated $1000 in previous years, and you donate at the $400 level this round, you get 2 seats at the 2026 Beartaria Times National Festival Banquet
$1,000+

All donors donating $1,000+ between 09/02/2025 and 12/31/2025 will receive:

  • 2 tickets to 2026 Beartaria Times National Festival
  • 2 seats at the 2026 Beartaria Times National Festival Banquet
  • 1 Bag of Bear Bites fruit snacks
  • 1 custom Beartaria Buck knife
  • A limited T shirt: “Donor of the Final Acre”

All donors donating $5,000+ between 09/02/2025 and 12/31/2025 will receive:

  • All $1,000 level perks
  • A custom silver Beartaria coin

All donors donating $10,000+ between 09/02/2025 and 12/31/2025 will receive:

  • All $5,000 level perks
  • You get to choose a day at Ursa Rio or Ursa Ozarks to have Owen come out and cook three meals for your party
